Reverend Dianne Coats passed away on October 16th after a long bout with cancer.
Dianne was born on September 18th 1940 in Indianapolis, Indiana. She is preceded in death by her parents Tony and Adelina Hessman. Dianne was dearly loved in life and will be greatly missed in death by her sister, her brother, her niece, her nephews, her great nieces, and great nephew.
Dianne had a burning passion for the ministry. She spent most of her adult life, over 30 years as director of “Coats Little Angels” an orphanage in Haiti. She made numerous trips to Israel, she spread the word of God in Sweden, at home she spoke to people young and old. She was senior pastor of Trinity Tabernacle for over 10 years. She was ordained with Provident Ministries and was also past President of Global Harvesters’ Missionary Organization. Dianne was a fine musician, talented choir director, and passionate worship leader.
Dianne was a chameleon. She loved life and wasn’t afraid of adventure. She loved to read, she loved to travel, and she loved to have fun. Dianne will be remembered most for two of her greatest attributes; One being her electric sense of humor. She often spent hours in laughter. Secondly will be her endless love for her family.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 17, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. with visitation from noon until time of service at Indiana Funeral Care, 8151 Allisonville Road, Indianapolis, IN 46250.
